Tell us your story.
It has one whole year since I started accumulating gems, wire, and tools for my venture into wire sculpting jewelry, however, never purchased the DVDs because I thought that I would pick it up right away. I tried and tried, kept setting aside so much bent wire for chain making, knowing that for sure I was going to do it right this time. I failed yet again. Some time in July or August I decided that I was just spinning in circles, getting irritated, and decided to purchase a DVD from ebay thinking I was so smart I was going to get a better deal but, again, I failed because the DVDs I needed to start with was not that one. That DVD just showed me completed projects so I spent money needlessly and was, still, unsuccessful. I had to wait one more month for my next check and decided to purchase from Preston's website store, to my luck, everything was on an incredible discount on the first of the month when I receive income. I purchased the first DVD for each, Pendant, Ring, Bracelet, and the second one for the Ring. I had already purchased the first one that explains the tools and their purposes, so I purchased the second one with several other items to put in the collection of unfinished gems. When I received my package of DVDs, I sat down to watch the Pendants Wrapping I had been wanting to complete.

Where do you sell your jewelry? Do you have any tips on selling there?
I will be selling in Ebay and the Web Mall Preston mentioned. Just take pictures with my special Digital Camera 5.0.

What's your biggest selling piece and why?
I placed some earrings in Consumers Buying and Selling website. None have sold yet. The beautiful piece of jewelry I have successfully completed with the first time I watched the DVD of Pendants number 1, I not decided to sell yet because every time I see it, it is so hard to part with because it is so pretty. I will upload it for all to see right here. I have not made others just yet because I have so much I don't know which one to start with. I have so many necklaces to make and I make the matching earrings, rings(the simple one you have been showing here) and plan to give them for gifts to my family.

What one piece of advice can you give to other aspiring jewelry makers?
The one that I made a mistake of putting off thinking I could do it on my own by just looking at the finished products. "DO NOT THINK YOU CAN DO IT ON YOUR OWN, YOU NEED TO PURCHASE THE DVDs" I wasted one year thinking I could go at it by just looking at the finished products. Like with everything else, YOU NEED INSTRUCTIONS.

Have you quit your day job yet? Can you give us any idea how much income your jewelry is making?
I am retired on disability. I have tried going on my own by selling Nutritions and Avon and stopped because I felt I got nowhere so I started working with the Texas Department of Human Services; The Welfare Office, I just worked so hard with no light at the end of the tunnel. I feel I have wasted my entire life for little pay, but might make up for it now in my 59th birthday, getting closer to regular retirement, wire sculpting jewelry in my leisure time that I will be creating pieces to sell for income supplement. It can be done any time during the day and when I have completed some pieces I will be entering them for sale.

What would you say to someone that might be hesitant to invest in Preston's course?
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO MAKE IT ON YOUR OWN. IT IS THE EASIEST AND FASTEST WAY TO EARN A LIVING, BUT YOU NEED THE INSTRUCTION TO START RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
I wasted one whole year thinking I was going to succeed just by looking at the finished product, IT BACKFIRED ON ME. I can kick myself for not starting the right way.
Like with any other job, YOU NEED TO INVEST, AND IN THIS BUSINESS THE INVESTMENT IS NOT AS MUCH AS WITH OTHER BUSINESSES, AND YOU WILL REPLACE THIS INVESTMENT IMMEDIATELY.

Has jewelry making changed your life in any way?
Jewelry making has changed my life, a bit late, but if I had known wire sculpting jewelry in my early 20s, I would be at least a millionaire. When I put my mind into it I can create and sell products, but in this case, I would be doing it for myself and not for the owners or for the people above the triangle jobs.

Do you sell any of your work on line or on Ebay? Do you do well there?
I have just today started my store in Ebay and will enter my first pendant right now. I was selling earrings in Consumer Buying and Selling, but am going to transfer them to Ebay too. As it is, I have sold two items, one dress and an auto radio since I began one week ago, doing good that I have entered more. I am going to start putting wire sculpted jewelry and know that I am going to be very successful. I will have to edit this part very soon.

What's your plan for the future?
I will continue selling and will be able to give jewelry I sculpt to my family also, then maybe, I will not give to my family anymore because it will be great to see money coming in from my own creations, Thanks to You, Preston.
