Tell us your story.
I have been looking at your wire art lessons for many years and could not really afford the course. I took one of the free patterns you offered and tried my hand at making it. Much to my surprise I was asked to make others for friends and family! I am still making that bracelet and can now justify buying the complete course as I saved every penny I made from the bracelets. I sent in my order today and cannot wait to start.

Where do you sell your jewelry? Do you have any tips on selling there?
Through word of mouth and by others wearing my bracelets and taking orders for me.

What's your biggest selling piece and why?
At this point I only make one item, made of black craft wire, bought at a nearby craft store.

What one piece of advice can you give to other aspiring jewelry makers?
Don't ever give up. I have several crafts I am good at, and I try to sell them to make money for other supplies.

Have you quit your day job yet? Can you give us any idea how much income your jewelry is making?
I became disabled and do not work anymore.

What would you say to someone that might be hesitant to invest in Preston's course?
Save pennies in a jar. When you cash them in put the money aside until you have at least half of what you need. At that point you can justify spending the money for the course. Buy it, and when you make money from your jewelry, put the money back into the budget. Remember, you can start a business and the company can pay for the courses. Make jewelry and put half of each piece sold back into the business.

Has jewelry making changed your life in any way?
I have made beaded jewelry for 30 years, now I have time to learn more and sell more.

What's your plan for the future?
I hope to make enough money making wire wrap jewelry to take my husband on a cruise. He does so much for me, because of my disability. I want to thank him.
