Instructions
Step 1
Cut two 6" segments of 20-gauge silver color copper wire.

Step 2
Wrap one 6" wire around a 1.5" dowel forming a circle. (I used a craft paint tube.) The ends will overlap.

Step 3
Working at the top of your circle at the point where the wires cross (while keeping wire on the dowel), bend one end of the wire into a 90-degree angle with chain- or flat-nose pliers.

Step 4
Use chain-nose pliers to coil the opposite wire end up and around the bottom of your bent wire two or three times, as shown in photo.

Step 5
Create a coiled loop using round- and chain-nose pliers as shown in photo. Wrap wire tail down to the top of the coil you made earlier. Nip and tuck excess wire.

Step 6
Remove circle shape from dowel and straighten with your fingers. You can opt to use a nylon hammer here to harden the wire, but the wrapped tinsel will help it maintain the shape.

Step 7
Wrap a 2' segment of wired tinsel around this circular frame, creating your wreath shape. Keep adjusting the tinsel as you progress to make a fluffier wreath.

Step 8
Keep wrapping until you have fully covered the base wire, and you are happy with your wreath.

Step 9
Cut off any excess tinsel. Tuck the tinsel end securely into the wreath with your chain-nose pliers.

Step 10
Make a beaded bow. Cut two 6" segments of 24-gauge wire. Turn a small loop in one end of your 24-gauge wire with round nose pliers.

Bead wire with seed beads, leaving a little less than ¼" of exposed wire. Turn a small loop in this end with round nose pliers.

Make sure both loops are fully secured to prevent beads from sliding off wires. Form a bow shape as shown in photo.

Step 11
Cut two 2" segments of 24-gauge wire. Fold wire in half. Thread it over the center of your bow. Secure the back of bow using chain nose pliers to coil it one or two times.

Step 12
Thread wire ends over one side of wreath.

Step 13
Grasp wire ends with chain nose pliers and twist to tighten bow. Twist until you feel it's secured.

Step 14
Nip off ends of wire with flush cutters. Tuck coiled wire under backside of wreath using chain-nose pliers.

Step 15
Attach earring wire to coiled loop at top of wreath.

Repeat all steps for second earring.
