Instructions
Step 1:
Form the loop
Cut a piece of 5.75 inches of 18-gauge wire. Mark the center of the wire and use a round-nose pliers to create a loop about the size of 4.5 mm in diameter.

Step 2:
Forming the frame
With the loop created, use a marker pen to mark 1 cm from the loop's center, on both sides.
Once done, use a round-nose pliers to bend the wire at the designated marks, bending it to a 90-degree angle as shown.

Step 3
Use a round-nose pliers to create a loop at each wire end to a size of about 3mm
Coil the loops for another 180-degrees as shown.

Step 4
Flatten the loops with hammer up to the mid-section of the frame as shown.

Step 5
Cut two 28-gauge wires measuring 3 inches each and thread them through the beads you have chosen. Hold the beads in place by coiling it away from the center of the frame as shown. After securely positioning the beads, proceed to coil the remaining wire away from the central frame until none remains.
