Instructions
Step 1
Cut 4 pieces of 20-gauge wire 3 inches long and make a slight bend in the middle using flat nose pliers.

Step 2
Starting at one end of the wire using very small round-nose pliers, make a loop.

Step 3
Using flat-nose pliers, tightly coil the wire until it's ¾" from the bend.

Step 4
Repeat on the other wire end.

Step 5
Placing the tip of the flat-nose pliers at the bend, push the 2 spirals towards each other until they touch.

Step 6
Hammer using a bench block to work harden the wire. Repeat for all wire hearts.
Step 7
Attach 2 hearts using a jump ring in the center of their coil. Repeat with the other center coil. Repeat this step for the other earring.

Step 8
Create a small dangle by adding a seed bead, crystal and seed bead to a 20-gauge headpin and making a small loop at the top. Repeat for the other earring.

Step 9
Attach the dangle to the bottom heart and an ear wire to the top heart. Repeat for the other earring.
