I loved spending the holidays in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I had dear friends to visit for many years and was so inspired by the culture, food, art and colors - I still dream of returning.

One trip I took I dubbed my "Santa Fe Door" trip and took many pictures of the colorful doors as I was roaming the town.
Every nook and cranny contained a surprise shrine or other icon reflecting the sacred culture and history. And the colorful doors were my fave form of vibrant beauty peeking around every corner. A great reminder to look everywhere for color inspiration!

I loved this color pallet and used different metal colors to add dimension. The chain and wires are all different colors and I threw in a vibrant blue jump ring to pull it all together. I tried a bright pink jump ring as it was also in the color pallet but decided on the blue.
These earrings are a sweet project that could use up some of your wire scraps since you don't need much for each earring.
