Color Inspiration - Bonaire

One of my pals is excitedly planning an epic trip to Bonaire. I didn't know much about the location so I did a bit of research.

It's an island municipality of the Netherlands off Venezuela's coast in the southern Caribbean. Its reef-lined coast is protected by Bonaire National Marine Park.

Beyond its rich marine life, the island shelters lizards, donkeys and birds within its Washington Slagbaai National Park, surrounded by beaches, lagoons, caverns and desert-like hills. Bonaire is home to one of the largest flamingo breeding grounds in the Western Hemisphere.

This color inspiration was used to create the jewelry-making pattern: Bonaire Bracelet
Sounds like heaven! Wish there was room for me in her suitcase. She sent me a few images of the beaches she'd be visiting and I had to use this one as a color inspiration for jewelry. (I'm not sure if it's tweaked by AI or not).

I thought the combo of copper and pink wire with the blue apatite beads really popped. It's a super fun and easy bracelet to make and you could feature many other focal beads, particularly the special beads or gemstones you're saving!

Another plus to this design is it's easy to customize the bracelet size to accommodate any wrist.
Now, to just get one of those flamingos to my back yard!
