by Kate Richbourg
When you’re in the business of making and selling jewelry having accurate sizes is incredibly important. Bracelet mandrels help you to visualize a finished project, how it will lay, if it’s long enough, and what it will look like on your customer. Today Kate features the stepped bracelet mandrel in this short video.
Kate Says:
Bracelet Mandrels:
WOOD ROUND BRACELET MANDREL STEPPED- 8″
Wood round bracelet mandrel is perfect for shaping and removing dents or kinks from bangles or bracelets made of softer metals. Made of hardwood, the step sizes are: 2″, 2.25″, 2.5″ and 2.75″
Other useful bench tools:
Double Sided Stepped Mandrel, 12 Inch Mandrel

Smoothly and easily turn your piece as you work. Sizes 4-14 clearly marked on the stepped mandrel. Mandrel can easily be removed from stand for doing handheld detailed work. 6″ x 4″ base with a 12″ mandrel.
