A Wire Wrapped Christmas Tree

Wire Wrapped Christmas Tree
This year at Wire-Sculpture we had a great opportunity to give back to our community. Every holiday season, our local school foundation hosts a community fundraising event called The Christmas Tree Jubilee.
Since 1980, The Christmas Tree Jubilee has raised millions of dollars to support children in Weber County, particularly those with special needs. The trees are set up for the public to view and then auctioned off to individuals and businesses and the money is then used by Weber School Foundation. This year we decided to participate and donate a decorated tree.
Our staff brainstormed and agreed that our theme would be “A Wire Wrapped Christmas”. Each staff member was tasked with helping to create ornaments and items that would be included on our Wire Wrapped Christmas Tree. What better way to show off how decorative wire-wrapping can be than to create ornaments and include them on the tree. We also created a number of wire wrapped gifts that were included on the tree. We’ve had a wonderful experience with everyone in our office getting involved to bring our hand crafted creations to life!
I thought today you might enjoy seeing the final outcome of our wire wrapped Christmas tree and highlight some of the ornaments that we included. All of them are simple to create and beautiful as well!
Enjoy!

Dear Judy and gang,
This wonderful idea strikes close to home for us as our club was founded solely as a non-profit organization to help our small hometown school. Without our club’s hard work they would struggle for items such as air conditioning and computers. Without ideas like this one we would struggle to make the items we sell to help them out. Thanks again and may you all have a blessed holiday season. Renee , Andrea, Cindy, Delores, and the rest of our club

Dear Wire-sculpture staff,
Your story fulls may heart with hope and joy! I think it is wonderful that each of you put a bit of yourself into the decorating of this tree. As an artist, I know the time and effort put into a project goes unnoticed. I just wanted to let you know I enjoyed reading this story and seeing the results. As a retired teacher, I know the schools and teachers appreciate you also.
May you and yours have a wonderful holiday season and may treasures be yours in the coming year!
Blessed Be!
